Brandy serves as the Director of Wellness at Whole Health Orthopedic Institute, where she oversees wellness operations, organizational procedures, and performance initiatives focused on optimizing patient outcomes. She leads a comprehensive wellness program that supports patients through pre-surgical optimization, medical clearances, care coordination, and overall patient satisfaction—playing a critical role in preparing patients for successful surgical outcomes.

The Wellness Institute continues to grow under Brandy’s leadership, strengthening Whole Health’s holistic, whole-body approach to orthopedic care and improving patient engagement throughout the surgical journey.

Prior to her current role, Brandy served as the Clinical Supervisor at Whole Health Orthopedic Institute. Throughout her tenure, she has been instrumental in staff development, patient care coordination, scheduling optimization, and operational process improvements. Her leadership and solution-based insights have contributed meaningfully to the continued growth and evolution of the practice.

Brandy studied Business Management at West Liberty University, providing her with a strong foundation in organizational growth, strategic development, and operational efficiency. Her business education has been instrumental in supporting program expansion and operational innovation within the Wellness Institute.

Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, coaching her children’s soccer team, and being outdoors.

Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the PA's treated me with great concern, professionalism and respect. Always taking their time to assure I understood everything and answered all my questions.  Dr. Molli is unbelievable with his skills and abilities.
